Return policy

If you have received a defective DVD or CD from Staya Erusa, then you can return it within 30 days. You will then receive a new copy. Our return policy is as follows:

1. Tell us about your problem through the contact form on the Contact page. You will receive a return address from us.
2. Send the DVD or CD by registered mail to the return address. You can use the original envelope for this.
3. We check the defect and will send a replacement copy to your address if we find the same defect.
